Featured Ingredient:  Sen Mee Khao Khong – “Brown Rice Vermicelli”                                                             These noodles are made from brown rice and are very thin. They are smaller than angel hair pasta. Since they are made with brown rice it is a good source of fiber. Th texture is very different from the noodles used in pad Thai which are meant to be enjoyed chewy/al dente. Sen Mee noodles are very easy to chew and almost melts in your mouth.

Starters:

Stuffed Mermaids:   6.50    Wonton rounds stuffed with shrimp & cream cheese flavored with ginger, scallions and curry powder. Deep-fried and served with sweet chili sauce.

Mee Krob:     8      Crispy sen mee noodles wok-tossed in a sweet and sour sauce. Topped with crispy egg, scallions, cilantro, fried shallots & fried tofu. This is a very old-fashioned dish.

Sen mee noodles stir-fried with garlic, red onion, egg, sprouts, cabbage & scallions in dark soy-palm sugar sauce. Served with a wedge of lime.

Sen mee noodles stir-fried with egg, sprouts, onions, broccoli, carrot, mushrooms & scallions, cilantro in a sweet & sour sauce. Served with a wedge of lime.

Pad Sriracha:   Chicken/Tofu   9     Pork or Beef   10      Duck   12

Sen mee noodles stir-fried with egg, sprouts, onions, broccoli, carrot & scallions in a spicy Sriracha spiked sweet & sour sauce.

Nong Kai Noodle Bowl:    Chicken or Fried Tofu   8.95     Pork or Beef    9.95      Duck 11.95

A big bowl of fragrant spiced broth seasoned with star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom & ginger with sen mee noodles, onions, sprouts, celery, cabbage, fried garlic, basil leaves, scallions & cilantro.
