Featured Ingredient: Sen Mee Khao Khong – “Brown Rice Vermicelli” These noodles are made from brown rice and are very thin. They are smaller than angel hair pasta. Since they are made with brown rice it is a good source of fiber. Th texture is very different from the noodles used in pad Thai which are meant to be enjoyed chewy/al dente.
